Refunds are only available if the product is defective or if the item you received is significantly different from what was described or expected. If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us at hungarianjumpropes@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued after we have reviewed your request and confirmed that the product meets our refund criteria. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
